[pct-l] getting off trail at Kennedy Meadows

Hi Josh -
 
I got off at KM last June, and can tell you - it is along way to the next town!  I hitched - very fortunately caught a ride on a Sunday evening from the first car - into LA.  There may be a bus on 395, but that is about 20 miles along the road.  I would just hitch, and hope to catch a ride from someone going to LA or Reno.

I'm planning on just sectioning the first 700 miles this May/June and was
wondering if anyone had any experience getting off at Kennedy Meadows. I no
longer have Yogi's guide, but?I think she may have mentioned a bus in the
nearby town...anyway, any help someone could provide would be very useful.
