Steel Eye's list looks good to me too.  I also added a light vest to
augment warmth, and I think an additional pair of wool socks.  I think
the latter was a good idea, the vest got used very little --- of
course that's just last year, YMMV.

I picked up my tent at KM --- for the first 700 miles I had been
cowboy camping.  I also got snow baskets for my poles, though shortly
after I put those on I ended up taking them back off and mailing them
home.

Replacing pole tips is another place where YMMV.  I must have had a
few hundred miles on my poles before I started on the PCT, and I
didn't replace my tips until substantially later, somewhere in NorCal
(Burney Falls?).  I could have gotten farther with the ones I had.
