[pct-l] Printing Maps

I'ld like to second this......thanks for the awesome maps.

Being an independent minded person, before I embark on an adventure I like
to plan, but not overplan. My philosophy is to not take a trip, but rather
let the trip take me. Hence I don't care for How-To books, guidebooks, or
maps with too much detail.

HalfMiles maps appear to have only the essentials I believe to complete this
trek and at an unbeatable price. For any other information along the route
I plan on asking others or trusting my own judgement.

On the printing side.....I found that my color cartridge needed to be
replaced after about 25 pages of front and back, or 50 printed pages.
However, the various colors, though nice, are not essential for me so I
continued on printing without the full color maps (usually green goes
first). The topography lines and the waypoints and water points are the
most important parts of these maps. So in total it took me 2-3 color
cartridges to complete all the maps.

The weight is not a factor as I plan on mailing each portion ahead.

Thanks again.
