[pct-l] Rides to the Kickoff

The ADZPCTKO Ride Board is now operational, and already a few hikers are
looking for a ride to the kickoff. Check it out and see if you can help:

Note that lots of folks start a week (or two or three) ahead of the kickoff
and use the Ride Board to get transportation from the trail back to Lake
Morena for the kickoff (and then back to the trail after the KO, natch).
