I think we should first consult with the following authorities to see which colors, fabric, length, etc. are allowed by them and what permits, fees, etc. we might incur:

Does anyone know if there will be a "Class of '09" bandanna this
year, and
if so what will the color be?  As fashion-conscious as I am that's really
important.  I have to coordinate my entire wardrobe.
