[pct-l] Shoes For Extra Wide Feet?

I find this to be a permanent problem.  I have found that only New Balance
have a wide enough fit - and any New Balance (2E or 4E) will do.  I have
just bought a pair of 875's and so far, they seem OK but it is early days.
