NO, IT DOES NOT. 

Quoting the ESTA website,  "Round trips between Bishop & Reno offered Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday."

No service on Wednesday, Staurday, or Sunday.

There actually two different ESTA buses. The local runs 3 round trips per day between Bishop and Lone Pine on Monday thru Friday; no weekend service.

In Bishop, you transfer to the big ESTA bus that runs to Reno once per day on Mon, Tues, Thurs, and Friday only.

  It looks like the Crest runs every day except holidays to and from Lone Pine 
  to Reno
