[pct-l] Free SPOT GPS offer...

Just read the rebate form and looked at the pricing.

seems that if you sign up for 2 year service with tracking (~$300), you 
get the rebate for the average purchase price.
smaller rebate for smaller contracts.

similar to the cell phone companies -- subsidized unit purchase and you 
sign up for a longer contract.

maybe Spot is just pushing sales in this economic climate.
