[pct-l] Hiker Lost and Fined - Not on PCT

With recent discussions on the list of the cost of search and rescue, I found this article interesting about a recent rescue in NH near Mt. Washington where a young hiker lost and required search and rescue and was fined $25,000 for the cost of the rescue.
