We are taking our dog, Max, so I had to get a pet friendly motel at The Tenaya Lodge just outside the southern entrance to he park.? I? might see you at Happy Isles starting your trek south for the senior record and without your hat (for safety purposes).? I will stop at the PCT?at Tuolumne Meadows on the drive back and walk a few yards?down the trail.? I will?claim I am a?thru-hiker coming down from Canada.? I will?tell a lot of hair-raising stories to the tourists,?sign autographs and have my picture taken.? I think I will say I am on the last leg of my Yo-yo of the trail and?on record setting time.
