[pct-l] Southern PCT Monument Ownership Question

If someone builds a new one, maybe they could incorporate a
solar-powered wireless web-cam that departing hikers could activate to
record a clip of their first steps North....if the Monument is a PCTA
responsibility, they could probably earn a few $'s selling videos and
screen-caps to hikers.
