[pct-l] burying TP/feces

I find it hard to believe that this is even an issue on this list.

LEAVE NO TRACE! It's very simple. Pack out your TP. And don't burn it either. You can see the result of burning TP along the Blue Ridge in the San Gabriels. That was one of the prettiest pieces of mountain terrain in California, until some fool down in the East Fork decided to burn his TP. That fire burned for a week.

If you don't want to pack out your TP, don't use it. Or stay off the PCT.
