Has anyone mentioned Olive Oil? I have a little plastic funnel that i
carry so as to be able to efficiently transfer the oil into a lighter
container. 240 cals/oz and makes a tasty dip/additive with lots of
anti-oxidants if you get the good stuff (virgin & extra-virgin olive
oil). It lowers that nasty old LDL cholesterol also...best to
double-ziplock and keep in the bottom of the pack also:)
