I have found http://www.questoutfitters.com/ to be very helpfull. Back in the 
days when the US dollar was worthless (two to each GB pound), purchasing from 
overseas worked out a lot cheaper than buying in the UK - For me, it was the 
shipping charges that made the difference (and Quest were pretty good).
