Check the expiration date on the tortillas. We bought a package of tortillas
at Belden Store in 2000. Within a day we had mostly powder. We then looked
at the expiration date - 2 weeks past expiration when we bought them. Still
no mold though. ;)

Tortillas:
I have carried tortillas successfully for up to 10 days.Make sure you buy
some with preservative. Most have it. Trader Joe's tortillas do not. They
taste better, but start growing mold 1-2 days after opening.
