[pct-l] Hike insights. Carson's Pass to Meeks Bay

I can't recall the terrain south of Echo Lake but it's it's great in the 
wilderness.  There's also a free shuttle at Meeks Bay that will get you 
to Tahoe City or South Lake (transfer at Bliss State Park).
