Folks -- speculation welcome. Anyone thought in some detail about the most
"efficient" thru, which might be quiet different from simply moving north
for 5 months. For instance, to reduce June slow-down snow in Sierra, one
could save that stretch until August and jump ahead to -- where? -- perhaps
Southern Oregon? Another move might be to go up to northern Washington and
SOBO for a couple hundred or more miles to reduce probability to
end-of-season snow storms? Thoughts please, thanks in advance.
