[pct-l] Making a Google map of the PCT

To the geographically inclined -

I'm looking for a few pointers on how to make my own google map of the PCT to include in my blog.  I've found nice  google maps at postholer.com and fivemillionsteps.com, and I would like to do somwthing similar.  However, I either need to get the URL for a google map that has already been created or make my own.  And, so far I have had no luck finding the URL of an existing map.  All help is appreciated.  Thank you.
