[pct-l] dogs on the trail (Long)

They shouldn't. A well trained trail  dog is a thing of beauty and there are 
far too few of them. Mostly because the owners are so clueless.

I one had a husky run up and nip one of the goats, who had no horns, 
fortunately the next goat in line did and plastered the dog into the ground. 
The owner got pissed at the goats.
