[pct-l] Two new Snow Course Dates are open

The PCT-Prep Snow Course will be running on two additional weekends this March. They are,

March 13, 14, 15 and March 20, 21, 22. 

At present there are at least 6 students signed up to open each Course and make it viable. Enrollment 
closes at 10. 

I believe there are a few students going from the Snow Course directly down to the Border to start their expeditions.
