[pct-l] Whitney zone permit

Apparently the PCTA is getting a lot of calls on this, as I barely got
my question started before getting a reply from the other end.  I was
told they have an agreement with the powers that be that hikers with
PCT permits don't need the Whitney permit (if you stay on the west
side), but they are going going to verify once again due to all the
questions.  Hopefully something will be posted here.
