[pct-l] Mt Whitney permit

I just called Inyo National Forest (760-873-2400) and apparently you
do need a permit, my previous post was mistaken. The map I linked to
only shows the Whitney Zone within Inyo NF but they say the zone also
extends to the west to include Guitar Lake, Timberline Lake and the
summit of Whitney.
