[pct-l] New Canadian permit

from the info I've read read a passport won't be needed after June of this year but that's only if you have the "enhanced" DL. I'm not sure if Clai has it yet I will call the DMV tomorrow about that but WA does and I think now Nevada and Texas does. There is also a passport card that u can apply for which cost half the price and it's the size of a credit card...so I'm thinking it's probly lighter too! I also emailed my friend who is border patrol  here in Cali and he should be able to tell me all the specifics

Is a passport # needed or is that an extra id?
