haha well I just realised that there is a completely NEW form now...I printed this one up WAY to far in advance evidently...and it doesn't even ask that question anymore...thank goodness...I think it's a silly question. Who fricking cares! But they NOW want ur last five years of residents noted and ur DL # AND any other names we had...GEESH! Plus the address to mail the form to is also different...good thing I looked eh?
