I'll contribute some expandable foam and caulking, but it may need a lot,  so 
I'll chip in three cans of expandable foam and five tubes of painter's  
silicone caulking.  On Friday or Saturday morning, early, of the KO I'll  take some 
hikers down and go to work for a bit.  Who's with me?

After a long exchange of emails over the last year I  have just  received 
permission to restore the monument.  Looks  to be in bad shape  but I think I 
can 
save it for a few more years.  Why replace it when  its not needed? Will be 
camping at lake morena  sometime first week in  feb for two days to restore 
it. 
Also hoping  to do the hotdogs for all again  this kickoff. Should anyone
