When I went to Olallie Lake, the store was closed but the new owner was
working to get it open.  It should be up and running for 2010 but one should
check when the season opens.

Yeah, I remember asking here about Olallie Lake early this year after
hearing it was closed.  And someone I met on the trail told me that it was
going to be reopened at some point in the future.  But I don't know if it
was true or not.  I can say that it was closed this year when I hiked though
but it looked like some construction was going on to upgrade things.

Hey guys this may be old news to you but we found out the hard way that the
Olallie Lake resort is closed. They lost their lease with the Forest
Service. We thought maybe you could get the word out? We let the PCTA know
