[pct-l] Glove/mitten system for cold fingers

As I get older, I am noticing that fingers have a tendency to get colder when temps get into the teens.  Add a little rain and the digits suffer big time.

It helps to wrap fingers around a morning cup of hot tea, use a pocket hottie, or a warm water bottle.   

 I am looking for suggestions of a glove/mitten system that works for cold fingers/hands.
