[pct-l] Tarp use

I've never been in Washington in September and October, but if it's  
anything like August was for me, the best tent would come with some  
portable sunshine to dry it out each day.

To be serious, the best tent, in my opinion, has enough room to sit  
straight up inside and pack away all your things without you bumping  
the tent and causing the moisture to fall on your things.
