Here's my favorite no-cook meal. Works best on warm days with water
that's been riding in your pack long enough to be warm. If water is
cold, prepare in advance and let the meal ride around in your pack
for a while to soften.)
Cous-cous
Curry powder to taste (lots!)
garlic powder to taste (not too much!)
raisins
chopped pecans or almonds
2-4 mayo packets (olive oil if no mayo, not as good)
1 small tuna packet
Mix all but tuna and mayo with water (you'll have to learn to tell
how much), let sit, add tuna and mayo, eat!
Here's another favorite:
Instant pudding made with ice cold spring water and Nido
Use butter cookies as a spoon
Eat this and you will not be hungry for a while
