I have a blaze orange, rainproof backpack cover and blaze orange vest for
$15 + S&H.

The pack cover is over 3  feet long and at least 16" deep, with a drawcord
along the entire perimeter of the pack cover  to fully protect all your gear
from the elements.  Black haul loop attached to top.  Weight:  5.75oz.

The blaze orange vest is simple and light.  Can also be used when riding
your bike in down when it's dusk or dark.  Size: 21" long; wraps around the
body with black ties to keep the vest in place while walking.  Weight:
2.25oz
