Etna Summit rides: Monday thru Friday during the day time should be good. Virtually all bureaucrats (city, county, state and federal employees) are not suppose to pick you up but frequently do. As does law enforcement. Some people get a ride as soon as they hit the TH others wait for an hour or more...just depends. are we there yet
