I found another interesting site to look at... I googled "highest calorie foods"
Chow Mein Noodles! (the fried ones) I hadn't thought of that... Ideas are flowing. :)

At home, during the week, I eat a bowl of oatmeal w/ yogurt for breakfast, salad with tuna for lunch and lean meat and salad for dinner.
On weekends? Burgers and beer (and lots of hiking/ski touring)!
On the trail? Bring on the Little Debbies and Snickers. I buy as I go, so my diet is a nurtionist nightmare. :)
When I did the Colorado Trail, it was short enough where I kept track of the food I ate. I kept track of all the food I ate because everyone always asks what I eat on the long hikes.
