[pct-l] PCT ride program, water sources

There's usually not a formal shuttle between Lake Morena and Campo, BUT
since you will be there on ADZPCTKO weekend, just go to the ride board
at Lake Morena Campground around 6 a.m. on Friday and you will find a
ride.
