[pct-l] Bypassing Fuller ridge

I used this fuller ridge bypass in 2005, along with many other hikers.
 the idea of a 'continuous walk' was paramount for me also.  it is
some brutal pavement pounding on a fairly dangerous windy road, but
totally doable.

the hot road walk also resulted in the only real blister i got in
2005, which postholer was kind enough to photograph, but damn if it
wasn't a doozy:
