[pct-l] Tracky - Other option for SPOT

Gear heads, I have been investigating  options for phone/GPS alternatives.
Here is Tracky - http://www.trackthisout.com/ .  I have not field tested yet
but looks like a good option to combine phone and gps into one device. Looks
like the maps will have to be cached before heading into the back country
where there is no data connectivity. Also has on online tracking page for
others to follow you. Cost is $45.

I will update with field test results in two weeks.
