[pct-l] Trouble from lack of Canuck paperwork?

In one of my frequent bouts of numbskullery, I neglected to fill out and send to the powers that be in Canada a "pre-clearance" form in relation to legally entering their fine country.  I do, though, have my passport, drivers license and an autographed pic of Barack Obama.  Anyone experienced or heard of any negative actions arising from such an international blunder?
