[pct-l] Holcomb Creek

Yes it flows all year long, in drier years though it is a bit spotty.  It has a stable enough stream to support beavers which are near the first PCT crossings.  Much of the PCT in this area burned either last year or in 03 but trail has been recently maintained.  Next spring with erosion it might be a different story.
