[pct-l] Postholer for the Appalachian Trail and the PCT, CDT

You can now see how temps and precipitation are looking along the entire AT. 
If you're familiar with the PCT/CDT Postholer, the AT now has it's own page.

The AT page however is water based, not snow based due to the lack of snow 
sensors. Here's a quick look at the end of the last water year:

Finding sensors with long term historical data directly on the AT is 
difficult at best, relatively easy for the PCT and CDT given the importance 
of the snowpack in the west. With that in mind the data is collected from 
airports in the area that have data. It will give you an idea of above/below 
normals for that area. Precip and temps on the actual trail will vary.
