[pct-l] Warner Springs resupply

In 2006 I stayed the night at the Ranch on my way down to border and asked if I could leave a resupply there for one week, but the answer was no even though I had another reservation to stop on my nobo hike.  They indicated they simply don't have the room or staff to handle it.

It may have changed since 2006, but I doubt it.
