[pct-l] Mount Laguna resupply

IMHO, the store is fine if you are not picky.  It's only a few days to the
next stop from there.  So, even if the variations are limited - it is not
like it needs to go on for long.

Do most people mail in supplies here or is the store ok as long as you are
not too picky?  Also is the store open year round (ie for a December section
Hike?) Is the cafe open then?
