[pct-l] Survivor Man

I guess. As I said this was the only episode I've watched. I found it
odd he carried carried all the necessary gear except for the two basic
essentials on how not to get lost. Where's the reality of hanging out
for a few days trying to trap mice and not getting found. Then when he
makes it back to a clear mountain top, he leaves and goes back into the
brush. Also, I sure hope he didn't really abandon his some of his
gear. Why would he leave his tent behind, or his Lekis, only to find a
stick to cross streams?

I'll have to try a few more episodes, but it appeared to me, it wasn't
about survival, but how not to do it, ever.

Generally, the point of his shows is what to do if you don't have "survival tools" with you; how to figure things out without without the tools that might have kept you from getting in that situation in the first place. He often gives lessons on how to figure out directions by he signs around you.
