In 2006 I wore a  Tilly for my entire thru-hike.  It was so heavy it definitely slowed me down!  And talk about a sore neck with a 6 oz. hat, what was I thinking.

And to think, when I got back, the first piece of gear I bought was another brand new Tilly.  I guess I am just a sucker for pain and punishment.
