[pct-l] Shoes and hats

Since the talk has been of shoes, now hats, may I please bring it back to shoes? I have a very narrow, long (i.e. size 10) foot and I need a wide toe box. Any, all suggestions as to the best pair of "running"/all terrain shoe for me will be met with a smile of thanks.

are we there yet - who is two weeks away from total knee replacement surgery that will hopefully allow me to hike again!
