[pct-l] Pepsi stove give aways at the kick off...............

    I encountered a hiker that had been given a free Pepsi can stove at 
the kick off.  There weren't any instructions on the stove as to how 
much fuel to use.  This hiker had a flame 6" above the top of the 
cooking pot.  It could have started a forest fire.  Please in the future 
put a sticker on the stove to instruct the uninformed, how much fuel to use.
