Auga Dulce to Tehacappi?  Why do you need a resupply between these spots.  It's 6-7 days here.  I would guess that there will be more opportunity for water off the desert floor so water should not be as much of an issue.  Have we really reached a point where 6-7 days between resupplies is not manageable for the majority of hikers?
