[pct-l] Has anyone hiked along Fuller Ridge so far this year?

I took the road up Black Mountain about a week ago.  Half way up, someone
gave me a ride and was able to drive all the the way up just past the
campground.  He probably could have gone furtheer but he was driiving a
smallcar and there a was an ice patch on the road that was causing him to
bottom out.

There was some snow at the trailhead  leading down from Black mountain Road
but nothing to worry about. Just a few patches which are probably gone by
now.
