[pct-l] Snow situation in the sierra

I gave the mountaineering talk at the KO, and gave a very optomistic
assessment of the what folks were likely to encounter when they got into
the Sierra.

It's actually looking even better.

The southernmost water sensor is at Casa Vieja Meadows, which is about 15
miles west, and a couple of miles north of Kennedy Meadows, and at 8300
feet.  The snow is melting at the rate of about an inch a day, and there
is about 3 inches left.

At Crabtree,10,700 feet, it is melting a bit slower  1/2-1 in/day, and
there is about 5 inches.

At Tuolumne, the snow has basically melted.

If one looks at the big snow pages, there has been intense melting, and
the slope of the curve suggests that the snow will melt out at this rate,
before last year, the very low snow year!
