Tioga Road progress for April 28, 2008
Starting Location: 29 miles from Crane Flat (beyond Olmsted Point
avalanche zone)
Ending Location: 32 miles from Crane Flat (Pywiack Dome/Spring Hill)
Distance plowed today: 3 miles
Average Snow depth: 3 feet
There is no estimated opening date for the Tioga Road.

Glacier Point Road:
Initial plowing to Glacier Point is complete, but additional plowing
(widening), road work, and hazard tree work must be completed before the
road can be safely opened to the public. The road is tentatively scheduled
to open on May 2.
