Hey Greg,
Yep, that's pretty much it. It looks like June 13th or 14th. It's shaping up
to be an average snow year.
*ALL* of that is dependent on your skills and how much snow you want to deal
with. Unlike Strider, I'm unable to look into a crystal ball and tell you
what conditions will really be like in June. Using Striders 'prediction'
would be silly, because no one knows what conditions will be like in June.
*IF* average melting occurs over the next couple months and you want to deal
with minimal snow, wait till after the 15th. If you're comfortable walking
on snow, measured in miles, navigation, etc, leave earlier. It's all up to
your descretion!
Hike your own hike and do what works for you!
