[pct-l] PCT Thru Hike Resupply Strategy

I will buy and ship ahead a few boxes from Mammoth, Ashland, maybe one from 
Wrightwood and Cascade Locks.
I might have one or two boxes prepacked and shipped by a friend.

Almost everything I will be buy on trail.
If there was only one reason to buy Yogi's guide, this would be it.  The 
resupply/town info is priceless.
(there's more than one reason)
